What ClipRework collects, why, and for how long.

What we collect

• Google account: your email and account ID when you sign in.
• Videos you upload or link, scripts, your edits, and the logos and glossary you save.
• Abuse prevention: your IP address at sign-up, so each person gets the free trial only once.
• Top-ups: the full transaction notice SePay sends us, including amount, transfer note and transaction ID.
• Sessions: the browser type of each signed-in device.
• Feedback you send, and Telegram if you connect it for notifications.

How we use it

To make the videos you ask for, keep your credit balance, prevent trial abuse, and answer feedback and bug reports.

Service providers

To make your video, data passes through infrastructure services: servers and storage, on-screen text removal, speech recognition and translation, and voice. Google handles sign-in, SePay matches bank transfers, and Telegram delivers notifications if you connect it.

How long we keep it

• Source videos and results in our storage: deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Deleting a video in the app deletes its files from our storage right away.
• Account, credit history and top-up records: kept with your account.

A cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser stores your chosen interface language.
