Video over the limit
- Why
- The video is longer than the per-job limit.
- Fix
- Trim it and upload again.
File too large
- Why
- Over the per-file size limit.
- Fix
- Re-export at 1080p or trim it.
Unsupported format
- Why
- Only MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM, M4V.
- Fix
- Convert to MP4 and upload again.
Script
No speech detected
- Why
- Music only, or the voice is too quiet.
- Fix
- Use a video with clearer speech.
Wrong source language
- Why
- The video mixes languages.
- Fix
- Fix the text in the Source tab, then click Re-translate from edit.
Render
Not enough credits
- Why
- Your balance is below the cost on the Render button.
- Fix
- Top up, or turn off some options.
Voice too fast, off-sync
- Why
- The translation is longer than the source line.
- Fix
- Shorten the line. Re-render costs less.
Some text left on screen
- Why
- Text is huge, fast-moving, or blends into the image.
- Fix
- Send the video ID via Feedback & bug report.
Top-up
Paid but no credits
- Why
- Transfer note was edited, or the QR was over 15 minutes old.
- Fix
- Wait 5 minutes. Still nothing: send the transaction ID via Feedback & bug report.
